You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Your solar panels should always be connected through a regulator and then the regulator connected to the battery/s. A regulator is required to ensure that none of the high voltages present at the output of a solar panel during good light level conditions can damage the battery/s. ...
Ideally your solar panel should be in direct sunlight for best performance. This means that as much as possible your solar panel should be perpendicular to the direction of the sun rays. In practice this is not easily achievable or convenient and so we recommend that you orient your panels so that they are facing north at about a 45° angle.
Your panels will provide the most power at peak sunlight. This requires no cloud cover and occurs at the middle of the day. Your panels will continue to provide power at a reduced rate before and after this peak sunlight period at any time whilst the sun is out. Your panels will obviously not provide any power before dawn or after dusk.
You should clean your solar panels on a regular basis for best performance as anything that may be blocking sunlight from the photovoltaic material will reduce the efficiency of the panel. Panels should be cleaned using a microfiber cloth as scratches may reduce the performance of your panels.
A “float charge” means the battery is fully charged and only a small maintenance voltage is being applied to overcome internal impedance losses. (trickle charge) Float charging is a maintenance or trickle charge provided to a battery, especially in standby or backup power applications, to compensate for self-discharge and ensure that the battery remains ready for use at all times.
A lithium battery does not need a float charge like lead acid. In long-term storage applications, a lithium battery should not be stored at 100% SOC, and therefore can be maintained with a full cycle (charged and discharged) once every 6 – 12 months and then storage charged to only 50% SOC.
Wildtrak Solar Blankets are wired in Parallel not Series although the 160w Blanket is wired both ways 2 panels in series and 2 in parallel. There are pros/cons both ways but generally it is better to be in Parallel as it means when any shade goes across any part of the panels it will only impact the power generation of the affected panel. Whereas with the series wired panels, if one panel is shaded then it impacts the entire system. The flipside though with series is as all panels are wired in sequence it means you can get more optimal charging time if the best conditions are presented.
